Manjushri is a Certified Pranic Healer and Somatic Intelligence Practitioner from India. She holds a master’s degree in Yoga and integrates the knowledge of yoga into her work with clients. Manjushri helps people regulate their nervous system through energy and somatic work, so that healing can happen naturally. She is passionate about helping people connect to their authentic Self and thrive.

In this episode, Manjushri and I talk about somatic therapy and the true essence of yoga. Spoiler alert: it is not just asanas. We also discuss the concept of a guru.
