I had the pleasure of chatting with Aliana King about the journey of finding the confidence within ourselves and embracing our insecurities as our secret weapons. Aliana is an international model that has overcome the odds and taken the industry by storm. She has a height of 5'4" and a heart of gold, and she continues to inspire and empower so many with her journey and story. 

We discussed problems of diversity and inclusion in the industry and resisting the pressures to change and conform to society's standards. Confidence comes when we are able to see the value in ourselves not because of what we've done, but because of who we are. To be truly confident is to accept ourselves for how we are and embrace our perceived flaws as an important part of us, despite what anyone else says.
