In this episode Georgie and Pierce discuss the 7 steps to creating a well-rounded character. It is so often that actors, especially those in their early roles, do not have a character development process, so here is Georgie’s personal process to get you started.

• Talk to Directors. Ask them what they want from the scene. They have a vision of what they want to achieve. 
• Research. Understand the technicalities of the script so you can perceive the nuances of the motivations. If you don’t understand the motivation, research it.
• Relax and relate. Don’t take it too seriously. Enjoy the experience.
