3. Team Onboarding + Offboarding (Personal Development Plan)
4. Leads + Sales Tracking
5. Cashflow + Reporting - paying for suppliers, contractors, goods, team payroll, taxes, software, credit cards.  KPIs
6. Content + Marketing - Macro Content + Micro Content + repurposing + archiving 
7. Conversion Events - eg Webinars, challenges or Black Friday Sales. 

Recommendation is automate as much as possible - amazing software out there to help Eg Zapier, Honeybook or Dubsado or even AI. There’s a solution to every problem out there. If there’s not, then you’ve just found yourself a new business idea.
