Kevin Kartchner is the director of sales and marketing for Kartchner homes. He sold 115 homes in 2020 and will graduate from the University of Utah with a Master’s of Real Estate Development this summer. He was previously a sponsored professional extreme Unicyclist ranking #2 in North America and placing 2nd in the 2012 Unicycle World Championship in Italy. His success is founded in his relationship with his wife and family, and crusading the movement “The Fight Against Mediocrity.” Kevin is also writing a book entitled Talk Is Cheap -The Fight Against Mediocrity, due to release late summer 2021.
