Late at night on Memorial Day weekend in 2015, a wall of water rushes down the Blanco River and through my hometown of Wimberley, Texas. Houses were ripped off their foundations. Hundred year old Cypress trees were snapped like twigs. Cars, people, and animals are caught in the river's powerful waters. On the 6th anniversary of this disaster, we remember those who were lost and those who lost their loved ones and their homes.
