New Year Same God.

God is good ALL the time & all the time God is GOOD!

This next year, don't try to find yourself... open up the bible & find God!

Then you'll know your worth & who you truly are in Christ.

That was the gamechanger... she found God.

That was the gamechanger... he found God.

God truly does transform us from the inside out.

Here are a few things I've learned this past year I wanted to share:

#1 Protect your mind and renew it through God's Word.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)

The biggest prison in this world... is not the physical prison, its the mind.

#2 We're drowning in information while starving for wisdom.

Wisdom is applied knowledge.

7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7)

We don't just want to preach God's word, we want to LIVE God's word.

#3 Time is stolen or invested by your habits.

You're either a time waster or a time investor.

16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. (Ephesians 5:16-17)

#4 It's not just about making decisions, it's about making the RIGHT decisions... 

because you can make the wrong decisions that lead to a bad outcome.

Don't just make decisions, study consequences.

15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,  (Ephesians 5:15)

#5 You can control outputs, but you can't control outcomes.

6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. (1 Corinthians 3:6)

Continue to stay faithful to the Lord no matter what it may look like physically.

Focus on what you can control, which is planting... then let the outcome of the 'increase' come as the Lord allows.

#6 If the task takes less than 5 minutes comes to mind, & you're free.. do it right away.

If you can get it done now, do it! 

#7 God's wisdom is greater than mind. 

8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9)

Wisdom is our ability to understand discernment, obedience, timing & application.
