Do you feel like you are "stuck" in your job? Do you at times feel hopeless, held hostage, or simply unhappy because of where you are in your career? Do you sometimes feel like "what is the point?"
You are not alone.
We have all felt this way, whether it was for a season, all the time, or even right now. And we've all been stumped about how to get out of that space, or even find the strength to believe we can.
If you can relate to this, then this episode is for you. What has been discovered through research with women is that there are some very specific beliefs , ideas, and realities that we buy into or perpetuate that we don't even realize and they are keeping us stuck in the place of shame, mediocre success (however YOU define that, not others), and/or stress, stress, and more stress.
So how do we fix it? First, we have to identify and become aware of what we're doing, then we formulate a plan for change. Here, we discuss the first part - identifying what we're doing that we must stop and change. That is the first step toward the change you inwardly, deeply desire - whether you can admit it or not.
