Here my 7 best tips for Night Photography:

 

1. Find a large view where Tripod are allowed

2. Don’t hesitate to go wide

3.  Tripod are not allowed put Self Timer and 2000 ISO 

4. Best is to be at 100 ISO with 5 to 10 seconds 

5. F11 or above will give you better star light effects

6. Shoot in the Magic 15  minutes windows

7. Play  with Light streaks
