We are nearly a month into 2019.  WOW. Frigid temps may scream winter, but spring will creep upon us Quickly! Spring and specifically March-June - is traditionally the busiest home selling and home buying time of year.  

Here I offer advice on how to best approach today's real estate market if you're planning to sell.  We have seen a housing slowdown overall - and while the greater Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill market is still very healthy, it has changed from a year or 2 ago.
