On today's episode, I share my personal experience as a Generation X in the sandwich generation taking care of my mom and raising my children.

A year ago, I notice a small decline regarding my mom paying her bills, taking her medication, and managing her finances. I had to take over and make changes in my life to include her. My mom is in the silent generation 1928-1945. I am in the Generation X 1965-1980.
