Ricci gives us a look at the service industry from every level. Deploying a literal "ground, up" approach to eventually open up his own restaurant, Ricci takes us through how he started feeding people out of a food cart, eventually graduating into moving into the food truck lane, then finally landing at the point where his dream of opening a restaurant became within reach and able to be pursued.
We dig into the various lessons he learns along the way at each level and even though each step was in the realm of service and food, they all pose their own obstacles, strategies and realizations.
