In this episode I get really personal and expose myself a bit. In order to heal and grow I want to lead by example, which means bravely putting myself out there. Hopefully you will be able to learn from my experience. Or at the very least find similarities in your life and grow. There are of course many reason's why we allow abuse. Nonetheless, in order to change, heal and grow, we must take responsibility for ourselves and our lives while also becoming conscious of our behavior. So let's get to it...
