Another big conspiracy for the books... chemtrails! You know those white streaks you see in the sky behind planes sometimes? Aka contrails? Well, some people believe that they are actually filled with chemical substances, meant to rain down on the general public for "undisclosed reasons." Conspiracy theorists think this could be for a number of things; including, population control, weather modification and pretty much anything under the sun.
