70. Dissolving Who You Think You Are

Have you ever had that feeling where the picture outside, being reality or life, changes, but it still feels somewhat the same? So the holograph is changed, but the sensation and emotions still remain?

That's the loop of the conditionings and that's what creates this sense of ,“I'm in this world” and “I'm having these experiences” and "these thoughts are me”, “this body is me”.

It's so apparent that the reality that this collective consciousness, called humanity, has been living in is in that very limited version of reality…of what is “believed” to be true. The layers upon layers of life and traumas and imprints we have received over the decades make our personality and experiences.

Dissolving this sense of “a ME” is going to feel really uncomfortable.  But it's also so beautifully necessary if we want a different reality….If we want a different experience from the one that we've been having over and over and over again.

Kelly shares some insight into this awareness of our evolution to become conscious of this shift within.
