  1. Self-doubt: we all have this part of our brain...notice it. Don’t listen to it. Words matter. “You are not bad”
  2. To serve more fully...you must care for yourself first.
    1. Look at myself through the eyes of my children (dance party...lie with me...just for 3 minutes)
  3. Recognize when you are irritable or angry or frustrated
    1. Awareness….
    2. Am I living my perfect life? How can I tweak one small thing to 
    3. If a tweak feels uncomfortable...stay there...watch for the 
    4. If you have a desire to grow...stuck...uneasy…..discomfort can be familiar.
  4. Mom-Guilt: Is this your driving force? What are the results I am getting from Mom-guilt 
  5. Love your story!

WALK AWAY ASKING YOURSELF

  • Do I put myself first? Above my children and spouse?
  • Do I model generosity and love?
  • Do I try to make things fun?
  • Do I let mom-guilt (or dad-guilt) control my life?
  • Do I let any of my choices create resentment
  • Do I love my story?
