This week, Ryan brings you the “Intention of the Week!” A tool, a mantra, a reminder, or a guideline for you to use, adapt, adjust, or share with friends.

This week’s Intention of the Week helps draw attention to how the actions that we take everyday will either reinforce beliefs that we have or to change them. For example, if you believe that you're going to have a good day, then chances are you'll walk out of the door with a better attitude, more energy, and optimism. Comparatively, if you don't feel as optimistic, your conversations may be disengaged, your energy levels lower, and you may find yourself slouching more.

All that we want to do is draw awareness to the way the things you do during the day can either help reinforce a positive belief or unfortunately a negative one. Then you can decide if you want more or less of that idea/pattern/belief.
