70: Lawmakers Celebrate Man w History of Teen Boy Exploitation & Girls' Sports Take Another Hit

Listen Later

In this episode, we expose the shocking decisions being made by California leaders—from honoring a man with a deeply troubling history involving underage boys to allowing biological males to dominate girls’ athletics, while silencing truth in our schools.

🛑 Parental Rights Victory:We break down a major legal win in S.E. v. Grey, where a federal judge ruled that the Encinitas Union School District must notify parents and allow opt-outs before exposing children to controversial gender ideology. This landmark decision came after fifth graders were forced to teach kindergartners about gender fluidity—without parental consent—using the book My Shadow is Pink. Thanks to First Liberty Institute and the National Center for Law and Policy, California families finally have a precedent to defend their faith and their children.

🏃‍♀️ Girls’ Sports Under Attack:Reese Hogan broke a school record and hit a PR in the Triple Jump—yet placed second at CIF-SS Finals because a male athlete took first place in both the Girls’ Triple Jump and Long Jump. CIF is failing to protect female athletes and violating Title IX. And unless action is taken, this same male is expected to win the Girls’ State Championship on May 31st. This is the injustice we were told would “never happen.”

📜 Rewriting History in the CA Senate:The California Senate just passed SR 38 to officially honor Harvey Milk—without mentioning his history of relationships with underage boys. According to The Mayor of Castro Street, Milk, at 33, had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy. Today, that would likely result in arrest—not recognition. Why are we ignoring the truth and celebrating behavior that would be condemned under current laws?

💥 We expose the hypocrisy. We speak the truth. We call for action.
