Most of us have a critical inner voice who is rarely empowering us in our journey to live full, lush, vibrant and empowering lives. 

I’m also learning to look for the critical inner voice as a sign that I’m playing big enough in my life, taking enough risks to warrant a little concern.

Because, ultimately, I want a life big enough to scare me a little….in a good way.
