The bottom line is: no one is coming to save you. No one can heal you, make you into a better person, or "fix" you. You have to do it yourself.  The bright side is: there are plenty of people who can help you, but only after you make the decision to save yourself.  We go deep on this truth in today's episode, as well as how our problems aren't special, the desire for instant gratification, being a "self-development junkie" & more!
