70% of Foreign Workers Earn less than 2 million Won

외국인 근로자의 70%가 월급 100만원대

Seven out of 10 foreigners working in Korea were paid less than 2 million won ($1，800) a month this year.　According to the state-funded agency， about 525，000 foreign workers were paid less than 2 million won in 2013. Of them， the monthly wage for 42，000 workers was below 1 million won， accounting for more than 5 percent of all foreign workers.

통계청이 올해 외국인 근로자 10명 중 7명은 월급이 200만원에 미치지 못했다고 밝혔다. 통계청에 따르면， 2013년 외국인 근로자 약 52만5천명이 200만원 미만의 월급을 받았다. 이중 4만2천명의 월급은 100만원 미만으로 전체 외국인 근로자 중 5% 이상을 차지했다.

200만원-300만원 미만은 약 15만9천명， 300만원 이상은 5만1천명이었다
