In today’s episode Brad and Colin are joined by the goat in the eyes of the Endurance Club ZA - Matt Ralphs. Matt chats to us about what he’s been up to the past years, about the changes in his mental approach to racing, and of course about the upcoming 70.3 World Championship. We chat about the course, the contenders, and of course Matt’s training leading in. We’ve got good Saffa representation this weekend with 4 (!) pro’s racing. Mariella Sawyer and Biddi Theunissen will represent on Saturday in the women’s race, and Matt Ralphs and Jamie Riddle will rip up the course on Sunday.
