We are officially in the busyness of the holiday season! I find so many times when life gets really busy, the first thing that we stop doing is taking care of ourselves. I get it, it's a struggle for me as well! But I've learned over the years that if I want to show up as the wife, mom, family member, and friend that I desire to be, I MUST take care of myself. 


Today I want to share a new perspective on self-care and how I have found caring for myself isn't about getting my nails done, going shopping, or even taking a hot bath. We will talk about how I do actually care for myself and the benefits I've seen from prioritizing self care. Let's do this!
