Being organised is not a gift. It is not a special talent and it is not a specific type of person that can be organised. I never used to be particularly organised in my youth, but a few years into my teaching I became addicted and now I am known for having a pristine classroom! People often ask me how I do it, where I find the energy and will to keep it so organised and although they wish they could do it, they believe they’re not "that type of person".
