Are you a leader?  Is your leadership style effective?  Sorry…not in a position of leadership?  According to Chief Stephen J. Tanner, if you are in law enforcement you are responsible to lead others towards safe outcomes.  Essentially, leadership is serving, and serving is…leadership.

Meet our good friend and returning guest - Chief Stephen J. Tanner, the longest serving active Chief of Police in Canada at 20 years in that position.  Now serving in Halton Region, Chief Tanner is a glowing example of leading through example.  He explains he isn’t ‘over’ the people in his police agency, he works ‘with’ them.  Big difference in mindset.  HUGE.
