Join me as together we pick apart and study 1 John. Today I am really focusing on verses 5-7.

You will hear that we can not walk in darkness and the light at the same time and proclaim that we are in fellowship with God.

Temptation is never alone, sin is always tagging along with it. Avoiding temptation comes with your maturity with Christ as well as having a secure fellowship with him and other believers. It is easier to stay in the light when you have the accountability of the spirit and other believers around you.
