The Rideshare Professor on the podcast to discuss Rideshare/delivery driver/passenger safety.   We talk about his recent videos surrounding the almost deadly beating of a driver.  Torsten's passion about this is right up there with mine, it was a pleasure having him on the show and look forward to having him back.

I also discuss some of the aspects of the ruling from Friday night by a California Judge that Proposition 22 is "unconstitutional".    We will be seeing this play out for some time, and costing BOTH the gig companies and California tons of money.
