I've noticed time and time again since beginning my personal development journey that habits are harder to create than we may think. More specifically, habits that are good for us and we might not want to do but know we should. Ie. going to the gym, eating healthy.
We often can respond to change in three different ways. During today's episode I dive into what those three ways are and how we can begin to shift our approach to set us up for success.
