Information on Fantasy unit here.

We will continue our Unit on Fantasy books that will take us through January. Next week, the kids will grow and become more sophisticated readers of fantasy by using elements from the real world to understand the fantasy genre.

Writer’s Workshop

We will continue our unit on Narrative Craft. The kids will be looking at narrative writing in a whole new way.

What happened to math class?

The next few weeks will be dedicated to in Unit rates and Percentages. Here is a quick rundown of what we will be studying. Next week we will be finishing our study of percentages. On Wednesday, we will have a big review day in anticipation of the end of unit test on Thursday.

History

We will continue studying the civilization of the Ancient Israelites.

Science

The kids will work with Miss Stevens in science lab.  Optional Science Fair Information.
