Hi loves! I’m back and the first thing I felt like talking about after a big break is SELF-LOVE! Stop doubting yourself and stop thinking that you’re the problem when people hurt you!
You know, when I first learned about narcissistic personality disorder and about codependency, I began teaching myself to not blame myself for everything that was happening in my life. From the early childhood I was trained and conditioned to “think about my behavior” every time my parents weren’t happy with me, and it taught me that EVERYTHING in life was my fault, and as codependent we freakin live all our lives believing this!
But the thing is that believing you’re the problem is not a way to heal this and to start creating a life that you feel happy and excited to live every day. You need to start with deciding
to never blame yourself ever again,
to never doubt your heart,
to always put your physical and emotional safety first and
to protect yourself (your inner child) like a mama bear. At all times.
