As adult elephants, they are strong enough to drag the log or break free but mentally they still believe they are trapped to the log so they don't even try. Mentally they are small but we can all see their power...if only they would use it. Your dragon is fully grown. Everything you've gone through in this life, she has gone through. Every lesson you've learned, muscle you've strengthened, fear you've faced, she holds it within her. She is the reservoir of your power. In your moments of weakness, look to her and allow her to stand behind you and breath strength into your body. She wants to be there for you but she thinks she's a baby. Close your eyes. Look straight into her dragon soul and tell her who she is and that you need her help. Convince her that she is the grown badass dragon that you need today. Everything you need is in her. Let her see her own reflection in your eyes. Tell her it's time to be big. She won't be scared because she'll finally feel free.
