Empathy is about discovery and fact-finding. It involves asking questions, probing, and analyzing to get to the heart of the matter. Asking questions and showing genuine interest in the customer is key. If you're solely focused on touting the greatness of your offering without considering the customer's needs, they may not feel valued or understood.
