Lobsang Gyatso Sither is the Director of Technology at the Tibet Action Institute working in exile as a highly experienced digital security trainer. He talks to us about some of the issues within his home country and how the Tibetan Government in exile is hoping for the best but preparing for the worst under Chinese occupation.
