Dr.Ken Harris says that many of the lapses we face in our city stem from the leadership within our community. From the top down we need to prioritize changing the way we operate. Is technology seriously that important to our change? Some say it’s key and others have a warning about tech. Then someone questions Dr.Ken Harris and calls him a “white, black man”. What does that even mean? Clearly someone believes they know Dr.Ken Harris’ life story. So, an educated black man is now “whiter” than his actual race? Make it make sense.
