Staged readings: a great way to introduce your audiences to new genres
Most community theatres do fully staged versions of their shows each season, but many troupes also bring staged readings to their audiences. Should your theatre consider doing so? A staged reading is less risky financially, and your actors will love exploring out-of-the-ordinary works.
