Woo boy,

In this episode i'm joined by Liam Resnekov from VT1 Martial Arts Academy in Chatswood, Australia. Liam is a BJJ Black belt who was born in South Africa, had parents who were Karate instructors and funnily enough made his MMA debut at XFC 2 many many years ago (for reference, I just competed recently at XFC 60)
