Feeling knocked out by a viral infection and by tonsillitis, I’m sharing my personal experience with how to make time and space to recover from illness - which I experience as particularly challenging, considering the workaholic who I am.
To clarify, I’m neither intending to downplay the possible risks of being a workaholic on our health, nor do I intend to glorify, euphemize and humblebrag about being a workaholic. In fact, refraining from being a workaholic counts amongst my areas of improvement which I'm in the process of improving. Like all other human beings, I’m a work in progress.
This episode is specifically dedicated to my fellow workaholics who are battling the current flu season. Let’s go! ;-)
What are your most effective recommendations when it comes to recovering from illness? I’m curious to learn about these from you, through the contact form linked in the general podcast description.
