When you have someone in your life pushing you to set goals, it ultimately leads to accountability and complete fulfillment.  I had a goal to ride my bike around Lake Tahoe by summer of NEXT YEAR. Yes, 2021.  I’ve been riding for 8 months and the goal to ride around Lake Tahoe, while beautiful, is advanced and grueling. 

One of my friends heard about my goal and he challenged me to ride around the lake with him in August, 2020, a full 13 months prior to my goal.  He got me so fired up that I agreed.  This podcast shares the story and the business applications.

I’ll never look at Lake Tahoe the same after that 72 mile ride, its just incredible to be the recipient of coaching and accountability.
