Welcome back to the Unleashed Podcast, I am your host, Kristina Sjolund. A couple of weeks ago, I did a podcast on how to start over, what would you do if you had to start over? If you lost everything. Now, that one was about business, because it is a real fear, there’s a lot of people, especially over the last year, who have had their businesses collapse, especially brick and mortar businesses, It’s a tough time right now. And for many people, they have lost everything and they’ve had to start over, and because a lot of times my podcast is about business, because I really am thinking about business all the time, it’s sort of one of my languages. It was really the focus of that previous episode. This week I want to focus on personal loss. Now, I can’t and will never speak to something that I’ve not experienced, you’ll hear me speak about my story, how I got through the challenges that I’ve been through, and I can only hope that you find something in my story that can help you.
