72: Titus 2 / Teach What is Good...Train (Titus 2:3-4)

Today on the Text-Driven Women Podcast, we're continuing our study on Titus 2. In this episode, we're walking through what it means to "teach what is good" and to "train" women practically and how we're all teachers.


Digging Deeper Guide:

  • What role does humility play in the discipleship relationship? A teachable spirit? The willingness to invest? 
  • Who are you learning from these days? Who are your teachers? What influences or voices are you allowing to speak into your life, shaping your heart and mind? You must have written down at least three women in your local church. If not, change that reality. 
  • Read Hebrews 5:12. What does this verse have to do with today’s lesson? 
  • For the next twelve weeks, we’re going to commit to memorizing our passage, Titus 2:1-5, 10. This will remind us of the curriculum we are to teach, when we gather.
  • Are you modeling the beauty of an ordered life, living under the control and Lordship of Christ? Are then, bringing another woman alongside you, teaching what is good, and training them to live a life that honors and pleases the Lord?
  • Call or text a woman in your local church this week. Make plans to run an errand together, grab coffee, etc. Start small: spend your time together getting to know one another, encourage one another, and exchange prayer requests with one another. Follow-up on those requests for the next four weeks.
