Today, on The Good Doctors, holistic practitioner Dr. Lesley Braun, joins us to chat about the right dosage, and how what other things you are consuming or your health condition can also impact how much supplements you should take.
Listen in, as we discuss alternative medicine or what we refer to as “good medicine” and throw some light on how you can safely use vitamins and supplements while avoiding supplement side effects and ensuring the maximum possible benefits for your mind and body. Stay tuned, as we discuss how dosages can “make” or “break” your therapy.
