Hailing from Australia, Herbie, as his mental coach Jamie Glazier calls him, is eyeing the top 50 in the world this year, and that #1 spot in the next 5-7 years. In part 1 of our interview, Lucas and Jamie sit down with me to go over grading his performance at Canadian Tour Q School and how they work together as a team to achieve the goals Lucas has set.
