In today's episode I am going to be sharing some ways to support your mental health.
Oftentimes it's not until we're overwhelmed, burnout, anxious etc that we realize our mental health is being affected. The goal. of today's episode is to give listeners some tools to be proactive in our mental health by learning these check in techniques.
Just a reminder that you are not alone on your journey. Mental health affects all of us to a degree. If you've been feeling more overwhelmed than usual just know that it's okay and if you feel like life has been amazing lately, that is also okay!
Lets begin to normalize that no matter where we are, it's okay. What's important is to notice where were at and begin to work to support our mental health proactively ❤️
