What if the pain you are going through was actually a call to transform?

In this episode I ask us to reframe the question" 'of why is this happening to me,' into a better one: What if the Universe wants me to win?

Pain has been the biggest catalyst in my life. It told me that I could stay here, but if I did it would be more of the same. What if the pain you are going through was something more than just a position of being uncomfortable?
