Mark and Kerry Fielding have managed to secure employment with the NHS, at a time when, due to the global pandemic, many people are losing their jobs. 

They are also the first blind members of staff to work within the Business Services Authority, as call handlers and have been supported throughout their training and employment journey, with a focus on accessibility.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Mark and Kerry to find out more about their job and Manager, Carolyn Bell, talks about making their job accessible.
