Dr.Ken Harris got a new appliance recently and it brought back thoughts of when he purchased a new refrigerator and witnessed the delivery guys drop it. He consulted with his wife, and she said to still receive the fridge rather than his thoughts to send it back. Now as a new freezer it delivered, he has flashbacks because it's got dents and scratches on it before its even taken out of the truck. Should he have kept the appliance or sent it back?
