The Wholistic Vitality Podcast

73. How To Incorporate Wholistic Wellness Into Your Practice

Listen Later

If you haven't listened to the prior episode, which I just recorded Episode 72, please stop right now or listen to it later. Today we're going to discuss three easy strategies to integrate holistic health coaching into your practice as a clinician. Again, in episode seven inch, I dug very deeply into the distinction between functional medicine and holistic wellness. Why do we refer to historic Institute for holistic wellness coaching? Therefore, every aspect is undoubtedly addressed in that episode. And I'm going to start this dialogue in order to illustrate what is feasible and what is taking place in our sector.

“As clinicians, practitioners, coaches, we can pick and choose what part of this holistic wellness umbrella we want to grab and go as our niche. Okay. And again, we all have to start somewhere, we all have to pick an area that we would like to specialize in."

Keynotes

  • Let the clients know that they are the ones in the driver's seat.
  • Make them feel comfortable to talk to you about why they're feeling depressed.
  • Incorporate holistic wellness into your existing practice.
  • Stand out on your niche, you don't have to be expert in bazillion things.
  • Building a brand will take multiple changes till you find what is aligned with your soul.
