Meet mental health speaker, Peter Balcarek, as he Opens Up about the breakdown of his relationship, & how he initially tried to mask the pain with alcohol & bravado.

As a result of masking his pain, Peter eventually became depressed. Finding it hard to function in that state, he also became dependant on a close friend, until one day that same friend had no choice but to admit Peter to a mental hospital.
