Richard, a creative producer, videographer, and husband to our friend Kirby Kelly joins us. Richard shares the story of how he became interested and involved in photography, growing from photography to videography, how he met and pursued Kirby, moving his career to Texas, and how he's balanced his career and relationship in his first year of marriage.

We discuss social media potentially degrading the quality of creativity, pursuing interests while having a full time job, taking initiative to just do things, what Richard enjoys the most about photos/videos, struggles of a videographer, trying to be a light in your industry, being intentional with Kirby from the start, the value gained from keeping their relationship private, and growing as a person for the benefit of their marriage.
