It is most popular during a video call but you can also practice reiki without even seeing someone. However, in this episode, I explain how my Distance Reiki is through a video call. Some people are under the impression that Distance Reiki isn't as strong or powerful than regular reiki and that is false! It is just as strong and just as powerful. You can have similar responses through both sessions with a Distance Reiki session. Distance Reiki would be most beneficial for someone who isn't in physical reach of the practitioner your wanting to work with. It can be a great option if you are in another state or if you are house bound but still want that energetic energy healing.
